Gould wrote only one String Quartet, his 33-minute-long one movement Opus 1, a recent recording of which can be ordered or downloaded from the following URL: http://www.atmaclassique.com/en/albums/albuminfo.aspx?albumid=1362 . If you listen to the full quartet, you will have your answer.
This Youtube recording seems to be complete (I assume that its mounting on Youtube has been authorized by the Alcan Quartet): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBuPbeDxaHU
The other is a fugal excerpt of the Quartet, used in François Girard's film Thirty-two Short Films about Glenn Gould: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI_iy09RFZg
See also Laurence Vittes' interesting 2-page article (be sure to read both pages, though it appears to end at the bottom of page 1):
"Glenn Gould's Solitary String Quartet: Is It a Masterpiece or an Unruly Child? 55 years after its premiere, the jury is still out . . ." Strings, 2010.

Or Robin Elliott's:
"'So You Want to Write a String Quartet?': Glenn Gould's Opus 1," Glenn Gould Magazine, Volume 3, Number 1, Spring 1997.

So, did Glenn compose two different String Quartets or are these two different movements?
