appeared, for the first time, in 2011, in the boxed set “Glenn Gould in
Concert, 1951-1960,” released by West Hill Radio Archives, a Canadian
subsidiary of the Music & Arts label (WHRA 6038). This 6-CD set included at
least four hours’ worth of live recordings never released before by anyone.
For copyright reasons, this set is not for sale in the USA, but should be
