[f_minor] NYorker article + Fred's Heintzman

Indeed, B's trills in his Piano Concerto 2 (???) are also nearly
impossible and they punish the fingers.  Actually, the Hammerklavier is
probably more punishing overall with the Waldstein and a few others not
far behind, in terms of overall technical hurdles.

The most difficult piece that I've attempted is the last Sonata, #32, of
Beethoven. I cannot manage the trills.
