So does Barbara Streisand. I recall that she said as much, if memory serves me correctly (though I cannot recall the source).

Subject: [f_minor] Gould and Rachmaninoff
I wish that the Gould - Rose performance of Beethoven's Sonata for Piano and Cello Opus 69 had been recorded at Columbia and released on lp. I wish Gould had recorded all of the Haydn that he talked about recording.
